Krzysztof specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions, joint venture structures, and intra-group reorganisations. He provides strategic and operational counsel to members of management boards, supervisory boards, and shareholders, supporting both domestic and international clients – particularly those from German-speaking markets.

In addition to the experience he gained at prestigious law firms, Krzysztof developed his expertise and practical industry skills as in-house counsel at a multinational IT corporation, where he was responsible for legal matters across the CEE region. He also served as Senior Legal Counsel at a global technology company, where he oversaw post-transaction integration processes, and as General Counsel at a leading automotive manufacturer, where he managed corporate and compliance issues.
