Robert co-heads the Real Estate team at SSW. He is a highly experienced advisor on national and cross-border real estate transactions, with end-to-end capabilities across all key asset classes.

He focuses on warehouse/logistics, residential, and renewable energy (RES) projects, consistently leading complex developments in these sectors.

Robert is a recognised expert in joint-venture structures, DMA arrangements, forward funding, and debt and equity financing, working with both Polish and international investors, developers, enterprises, as well as HNWIs.

His service offering spans the full investment lifecycle, from negotiating heads of terms and letters of intent through legal due diligence, financing (debt, equity, forward funding, sale leaseback), acquisitions (asset and share deals), implementation (DMA, design and GC agreements), to commercialisation and post closing asset management. He also leads on real estate issues in M&A, corporate restructurings, and renewable energy transactions.
