Andrzej is a transactional lawyer with over 14 years of experience in advising clients on their investments in the real property sector. He advises on various real estate projects (inc. financing), acquisitions and sales of enterprises, assets and shares in companies investing in office, warehouse and retail properties, representing private equity funds, local and foreign investors, developers and asset managers.

Andrzej supervised or led various investment transactions involving all types of assets i.e., office, logistics, commercial, PRS and industrial real estate, assisting the clients throughout the entire investment process.

His recent experience includes advising clients such as: Peakside Capital Advisors, Torus S.A., Tristan Capital Partners, GLL Real Estate Partners and Crestyl Real Estate.
