Prof. Marcin Asłanowicz is the President of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan. His professional practice involves handling litigation and arbitration, as well as resolving disputes as an arbitrator.

Before joining SSW, he worked in leading law firms for 25 years (specialising in M&A until 2007, and in litigation and arbitration since 2007).

He is the author of more than 60 academic publications, including 3 monographs and 3 commentaries. He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and gained doctoral and doctor habilitatus degrees at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
