Mateusz has 18 years of experience in transaction advisory, including advising on complex M&A (domestic and cross-border) projects, as well as assisting private equity funds. He advises Polish (including listed) and foreign entities from key sectors of the economy, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. He also represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

He is the founder of Forum M&A, one of the largest events on the Polish market dedicated to M&A transactions. He is also the author of numerous publications on M&A and the first report summarising Polish acquisitions abroad.
