Piotr is the Head of SSW’s Banking and Finance practice and the Co-Head of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. His finance expertise covers a wide variety of financing transactions (including of project finance, real estate finance, corporate finance and refinancing deals) advising investors, lenders and corporate borrowers. Additionally, he has expertise in debt issues in both domestic and international capital markets.

Piotr also advises on financial restructuring deals, including structuring of enforcement strategies and representing financial institutions in litigation involving restructuring / insolvency elements.
