Mgr. Jan Široký is an attorney-at-law, partner and head of the corporate law team.
He joined the original office of Chrenek,Kotrba in 2017. Following the unique 2023 merger of two prestigious law firms that established Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba, he continues his role as the head of the corporate law team.
Within his field of specialisation, Jan provides comprehensive legal services in the areas of commercial law, especially corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, loan financing, competition law and consumer protection.
