Mgr. Šimon Toman is an attorney-at-law, partner and business development manager at Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba.
He joined the original Toman & Partners office in 2017 and during his tenure came up with several innovative projects, thanks to which, for example, the CyberSecurity Compliance service and External Internal Lawyer were created.
Within his field of specialisation, Šimon provides comprehensive legal services in the areas of law for startups, cyber security, telecommunication and criminal law.

Additionally, since 2025, Šimon has been President of the Association of Private Healthcare Providers (ASPZS). Furthermore, since 2026, he has been Chair of the Healthcare and Social Services Section at the Czech Chamber of Commerce as well as Chair of the Association of Private Hospitals of the Czech Republic.
