Mgr. Petr Sailer is an attorney-at-law, partner and head of the Commercial Law Team.

He joined the original office of Chrenek,Kotrba in 2010. Following the unique 2023 merger of two prestigious law firms that established Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba, he continues his role as the head of the Commercial Law Team.

Within his field of specialisation, Petr provides comprehensive legal services in the areas of civil and commercial law with a focus on contracts, contractual relationships among entrepreneurs, corporate law including corporate governance and transformation of corporations, acquisition transactions and due diligence, securities and litigation. Furthermore, he also provides consultancy in the area of health law.
