Mgr. Jaroslava Přibylová Saxlová, LL.M. is an attorney-at-law, partner and head of the IT and cyber security team.

She joined the original office of Toman & Partners in 2011 as a student. Since 2015, she has worked in the office as a trainee attorney-at-law and later became an attorney-at-law in 2020.

Following the unique 2023 merger of two prestigious law firms that established Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba, she was made partner and head of the IT and cyber security team in 2026.

Within her field of specialisation, Jaroslava provides comprehensive legal services in the areas of civil law, intellectual property law, cyber security and IT law.
