JUDr. Petr Toman, LL.M. is an attorney-at-law,  equity partner and executive director of Chrenek,Toman,Kotrba.

After the Velvet Revolution, he became a member of the Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federative Republic, where he sat in the constitutional and legal committee, proposed and co-authored several laws adopted by the FA at that time. Before founding his own law firm, Toman  & Partners, in 1993 , he worked as a lawyer at a law firm in Chomutov.

He has been active in the bodies of the Czech Bar Association since 2005, and in 2021 he was elected vice-chairman of the board of directors. During his career, he received numerous awards, among others he was voted Lawyer of the Year by the public, regularly appears in the media and is a co-author of several important publications. As part of its specialization, it provides legal services in the areas of commercial, civil and constitutional law, among others.

Following the unique 2023 merger of two prestigious law firms that established Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba, he continues in his role as equity partner and executive director of the firm.
