JUDr. Jan Nemanský, Ph.D. is an attorney-at-law, equity partner and executive director of Chrenek,Toman,Kotrba.

In 2001, Jan has joined Chrenek,Kotrba, where he was made partner in 2014.

Following the unique 2023 merger of two prestigious law firms that established Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba, he continues in his role as equity partner and executive director of the firm.

Within his field of specialisation, Jan provides comprehensive legal services in the areas of civil and commercial law and law of obligations with special emphasis on the provision of legal services related to receivables and their settlement.

Since 2005, he has been an attorney-at-law registered in the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Czech Bar Association under No. 10599.

Since 2020, he has been registered in the list of resident European attorneys-at-law kept by the Slovak Bar Association under No. 300405.

From 2009 to 2025, he was a member of the Control Committee of the Czech Bar Association.

He serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
