JUDr. Jakub Kotrba is an attorney-at-law, equity partner and executive director of Chrenek,Toman,Kotrba.

In 1997, Jakub has joined Chrenek,Kotrba.

Following the unique 2023 merger of two prestigious law firms that established Chrenek, Toman, Kotrba, he continues in his role as equity partner, managing partner and executive director of the firm.

Within his field of specialisation, Jakub  provides legal services in the areas of commercial law with an emphasis on the law of corporations and corporate transformations, and securities law.
