Katja Paludan is a partner and lawyer at Husen Law Firm. 

Katja is recognised as one of Denmark’s leading real estate lawyers and is the Practice Lead of our practice group Commercial Real Estate and Transactions.

She is one of the few female senior partners at the very top level of the Danish market and is widely recognised for her expertise in:

Residential tenancy law  Urban renewal  Commercial tenancy law  Purchase and sale of commercial and rental properties  Real estate development Managing complex real estate investment and development mandates.

Katja has been a lecturer in landlord and tenant law at the University of Copenhagen since 2010 and has worked as a lay judge for several years. 

She also delivers landlord and tenant law courses for industry organisations, clients and partners. She is the co-author of The Commercial Tenancy Act with Commentary (2019) and has co-authored several other books in this area.
