Our activities have been recognised in numerous national rankings for years, culminating in our second consecutive appearance in the most important national ranking (the Law Firm Ranking organised by Rzeczpospolita), in which we were ranked first in Poland in the restructuring and bankruptcy field within the division covering law firms with up to 50 lawyers.

The Firm's work is overseen by its managing partner, Bartosz Groele. He is not only one of the co-authors of Poland's Restructuring Law Act, but also contributes to the development of Polish and international restructuring and insolvency law. He is a delegate to UNCITRAL Working Group V at the United Nations and a member of several important international organisations dealing with insolvency issues, including: CERIL (the Conference on European Restructuring and Insolvency Law), INSOL Europe, the FORUM (Insolvency Law Forum), and the MSBNR (the International Association for Research on Restructuring).

Given the unconventional and demanding nature of our projects, our team must include leading experts in Polish bankruptcy and restructuring law, as well as practitioners. Our Firm's lawyers also regularly teach restructuring and bankruptcy law on postgraduate programmes organised by universities such as Jagiellonian University in Krakow, National Louis University in Nowy Sącz, and Kozminski University in Warsaw.
