Emmanuel is a highly resourceful and hardworking Attorney, excellent in Commercial Litigation and other courtroom client representations. With a Distinction in International Commercial Law and Arbitration, and Maritime Law from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, and with his wealth of experience in Dispute Resolution and Litigation, Emmanuel leads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of the firm. His interests lie in Commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Maritime Law, and currently has a publication on the Carriage of Goods by Sea under the Hague-Visby rules. Emmanuel prioritizes further improvements in his practice and making positive impacts in Maritime Law, Commercial and Arbitration areas of Law, both locally and in the international space.
