Transaction Advisors Group, LLC focuses on managed services and sourcing, IT development and complex licensing, and commercial agreements at the pre- and post-deal stages. The firm was founded by Sam Kramer, previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie in its Chicago office, where he helped establish and lead both that firm’s Information Technology and Fintech practice groups. Sam also brings decades-worth of robust relationships and networks with lawyers around the world.

Kramer has crafted a preeminent reputation in outsourcing law, having developed more than 30 years focused experience focused on back-office managed services for multinational hi-tech and branded enterprises. In only a matter of some months, Transaction Advisors Group, LLC got off to a brisk start, already having handled a significant volume of new business with several outsourcing projects.

We use the dealmaking process to help educate the customer on using the outsourcing documentation as a roadmap, and we use the negotiation sessions to help build the trust between the customer and the service provider that is essential to a successful managed services relationship.
