Family: Divorce, financial disputes, freezing of assets, separation and prenuptial agreements, disputes about children, child abduction (both domestic and international), public law children proceedings and cohabitee disputes. Four partners are trained mediators. The department also houses one of the UK’s leading alternative families practice. Led by internationally renowned lawyer, Naomi Angell, the team advise on adoption, surrogacy and fertility law. The department also specialises in child abduction led by Simone McGrath.

Personal injury: The firm is known for representing clients who have suffered serious injuries including head, brain and spinal injuries. Head of the department Stuart Kightley specialises in head and brain injury claims and rehabilitation, especially those arising from bicycle collisions. The firm is the legal partner of The London Cycling Campaign. The firm specialises in all accidents including accidents at work, including injuries as a result of construction site and scaffolding accidents, and cosmetic surgery injuries.
