Position

Rob is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team at Bates Wells and is experienced at dealing with litigation, adjudication, arbitration and mediation. For example, he has helped clients bring and defend claims before the County Court, High Court, in Arbitrations, Adjudications, the Charity Tribunal and other dispute resolution forums.

For over 25 years, Rob has also been helping commercial organisations, charities, regulatory bodies, and individuals avoid and resolve a wide range of disputes in a commercially sensitive and pragmatic way, many of them before proceedings are commenced. His work includes tortious claims, fraud claims, intellectual property disputes, contentious trusts and legacy / probate disputes, procurement challenges, and construction disputes.

Rob is also regularly appointed by the Court as a Supervising Solicitor in respect of Search Orders, Imaging Orders, and other types of High Court orders.
