Senior Partner

Will heads the tax business line, bringing deep technical expertise and acute commercial focus to Toremis, as he draws on 14+ years of advisory work in the international tax space and 5 years of underwriting complex tax risks.

Will’s advisory work ran the gamut from small value indirect tax disputes to multi-billion dollar global carve out deals, at a series of leading international firms (most latterly, Fried Frank).

Prior to joining Toremis, Will was Head of International Tax in the Transactional Liability team of an innovative hybrid MGA, successfully delivering the build out of the international team; before that he was in a senior role with another leading MGA.
