Alexandra is a dual-qualified U.S. and U.K. lawyer with over eight years of experience handling complex disputes at top-tier global firms.  Before joining Toremis, she practiced at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco, representing corporations and their officers and directors in securities class actions, regulatory investigations, and board governance matters.   She has represented clients across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, and manufacturing.

Previously, Alexandra was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, where her practice encompassed a broad range of complex litigation, with a focus on securities class actions, professional liability, and competition claims.
