Associate

Atis is an Associate at MSC Law whose practice covers capital markets and securities, corporate governance, board advisory, and mergers and acquisitions. He advises clients across a diverse range of sectors, including medical devices, construction, insurance, industrial products, environmental consulting, infrastructure, and real estate.

In addition to his legal practice, Atis has in-house experience, having served as an HR Manager and Legal Consultant at a private company. He has also acted as Company Secretary for a publicly listed company, providing him with practical insight into corporate compliance and board-level matters.

LL.B. degree from Assumption University  (third class honors) LL.M. degree in International Financial Law from King’s College London
