Senior Legal Counsel

Nino Chkuaseli is a senior Georgian-qualified lawyer specialising in international construction and infrastructure law, with extensive experience in high-value projects across Georgia and Central Asia. She is currently Senior Legal Counsel at Intelligent Solution LLC.

She has led and managed complex construction disputes arising from major energy and infrastructure developments, including hydropower plant projects. Nino advises on strategic contract structuring, FIDIC-based claims preparation and defence, contract administration, and dispute avoidance and resolution throughout the full lifecycle of large-scale projects. Her expertise spans FIDIC  framework, and she has acted in international arbitration, dispute board proceedings, and litigation before Georgian courts.

Nino’s practice includes drafting, negotiating, and administering EPC and design-and-build contracts, managing high-value claims related to delay, prolongation, variations, termination, performance guarantees, and liquidated damages. She has significant experience coordinating technical and quantum experts and developing dispute strategies for cross-border projects in Georgia and Central Asia.

Previously, she held senior legal roles at JSC TBC Bank, JSC Silknet, and various public institutions, gaining extensive experience in litigation, corporate law, and public procurement matters.
