She is the FIDIC Accredited Adjudicator and also the DRBF (Dispute Resolution Board Foundation) Representative in Georgia. Additionally, Nina is also a founding member and a member of the Management Board of the ACEG.

Nina specializes in construction law and dispute resolution and deals with construction disputes and contracts. She is experienced in the use of the FIDIC contracts and advises on drafting and negotiating construction contracts, claims, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution in all forms, including dispute boards, arbitration and litigation.

She participated in the translation and legal review of the official translation of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (First Edition 1999) for building and engineering works designed by the Employer (FIDIC Red Book) to Georgian language.

Bilingual in Georgian and Russian; fluent in English

Nina Tsaturova holds an LLM with Distinction in Intellectual Property Law and Digital Economy from the University of Glasgow. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Free University of Tbilisi.
