Career

Michalis Kalantzopoulos is an off counsel at Lamnidis Law specialising in employment and labour law, EU law and dispute resolution, with particular experience in labour matters arising in the context of privatisations, corporate restructurings and large organisations.

He advises companies and public sector entities on employment law matters, including collective agreements, labour restructuring, workforce transition in privatisation processes, employment compliance and labour dispute resolution.

Michalis has been involved in complex labour matters in the context of privatisation projects, including the restructuring of labour relations in former state-owned companies, as well as in negotiations for collective labour agreements in large organisations employing significant workforces.

He also has experience in EU law matters and has represented clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).

His practice focuses on employment and labour law, EU law and dispute resolution, particularly in the context of corporate restructurings, privatisations and large infrastructure and investment projects.
