Senior associate

Magda Glavina is a senior associate at Lamnidis Law with experience in privatisations, concession projects, real estate transactions, banking and finance, corporate transactions and intellectual property law.

She has been extensively involved in privatisation and concession projects, particularly in relation to marina developments and other public asset concessions, advising on legal structuring, regulatory compliance and concession and project agreements.

Magda also advises financial institutions and corporate clients on banking and finance matters, including loan restructuring, securities and compliance with Greek and EU financial regulatory frameworks, particularly in the context of investment and development projects.

Her practice includes advising on large-scale real estate transactions and developments, including legal due diligence, acquisition structuring, lease agreements and development projects for private and institutional investors.

She has experience in construction and development projects, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts for private and public sector developments, with a focus on risk allocation and regulatory compliance.

In addition, she advises on corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, share transfers and mergers and acquisitions, and has experience in intellectual property law, including trademark registration, licensing agreements and IP-related dispute resolution.

She also represents clients in litigation and mediation in disputes relating to real estate, commercial transactions and financial agreements.
