Career
Ioanna Alexandropoulou is a senior associate at Lamnidis Law specialising in privatisations, public real estate transactions, urban development projects, concessions and public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
She has extensive experience advising on complex privatisation projects involving strategic state-owned assets, including shipyards, marinas, hotels and large-scale urban redevelopment projects. Her work includes legal due diligence, tender and concession procedures, drafting and negotiating transaction and concession documentation, and advising on regulatory, urban planning, environmental and investment law matters.
Ioanna has been involved in a number of landmark privatisation and redevelopment projects in Greece, including the privatisation and redevelopment of major shipyard facilities, the transformation of the former Athens airport into a large-scale urban regeneration project, the privatisation and development of coastal and tourism assets, and marina concession projects. Her work focuses on ensuring compliance with tender procedures, investment frameworks, land-use and urban planning regulations and long-term development obligations.
Her practice focuses on privatisations, public asset development, urban regeneration projects, concession agreements, real estate development and regulatory compliance for large investment projects.
Ioanna is also the author of publications on public real estate development, urban planning and land-use regulation, and the role of international financial institutions in urban development projects.
