Senior Associate

Eirini Kalpaka is a senior associate at Lamnidis Law specialising in energy regulatory law, environmental law, legislative drafting and public law, with particular focus on regulatory frameworks governing energy and infrastructure projects.

She has extensive experience in legal research and legislative drafting, particularly in relation to energy regulation, environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for large-scale projects. She has been involved in legislative and policy development in the energy and environmental sectors, including participation in the drafting of legislation relating to environmental permitting and energy project approvals.

Eirini has also worked on regulatory and policy matters relating to innovation and emerging technologies, including the legal and ethical aspects of artificial intelligence and algorithmic decision-making, particularly in relation to regulatory frameworks and governance.

Her practice focuses on energy and environmental regulation, legislative drafting, public law and regulatory compliance for energy, infrastructure and strategic investment projects.
