Andriana Tsoukleidou is an associate at Lamnidis Law focusing on real estate transactions, property development projects, energy-related real estate matters and privatisations.

She advises investment companies, real estate developers and corporate clients on property acquisitions and disposals, real estate portfolio management and commercial property development projects, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring and contract drafting.

Andriana also advises energy companies and investors on real estate aspects of renewable energy projects, including land acquisition, property rights and site development for renewable energy projects.

In addition, she has been involved in privatisation projects relating to public real estate assets, assisting in legal due diligence, transaction documentation and regulatory compliance in relation to public asset development projects.

Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, property development, renewable energy project real estate and privatisations.
