Nikos Pittas is a partner at Lamnidis Law specialising in real estate, privatisations, corporate transactions, financing structures and public procurement, with particular focus on infrastructure and strategic asset transactions.

He has extensive experience advising on privatisation projects, particularly in relation to the development, structuring and exploitation of state-owned real estate assets and infrastructure projects in Greece and abroad. His work includes advising on tender procedures, concession agreements, asset transfer structures, regulatory compliance and investor participation in privatisation processes.

Nikos regularly advises institutional and private clients on high-value real estate transactions, complex property acquisitions, commercial lease structures and real estate development projects, including transactions involving strategic and infrastructure assets.

He also advises on corporate and M&A transactions, conducting legal due diligence, risk assessment and transaction structuring, and regularly assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of complex commercial agreements and investment documentation.

In addition, he advises on financing structures, including loan agreements, securities and investment structures for corporate clients and financial institutions, particularly in connection with infrastructure and real estate projects.

Since 2019, he has served as in-house counsel at Athens International Airport S.A., where he advises on financing structures, real estate development projects, procurement procedures and complex commercial agreements. He was involved in the legal processes relating to the listing of Athens International Airport S.A. on the Athens Stock Exchange.

Nikos also has experience in arbitration and dispute resolution, representing clients in real estate, corporate and financial disputes before arbitration tribunals and Greek courts.

His practice focuses on real estate, privatisations, infrastructure projects, corporate transactions, financing and public procurement.
