Katia Loukopoulou is a partner at Lamnidis Law specialising in real estate, urban planning, environmental law, construction and corporate transactions, with particular focus on real estate development, industrial projects and regulatory compliance.

She advises clients on real estate development projects and property transactions, including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, land use planning, licensing procedures and regulatory approvals for complex developments. Her work includes advising on environmental and planning law compliance, including forest protection legislation, land use restrictions, zoning regulations and environmental permitting requirements.

Katia has significant experience in construction and development projects, including drafting and negotiating construction contracts and advising on contractor liability, project timelines and risk allocation in large-scale developments.

She also advises on matters relating to the Greek Cadastre and property registration, assisting clients in resolving ownership and registration issues and securing property rights for development and investment purposes.

In addition to real estate and construction work, she advises on corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transformations and shareholder agreements, and regularly assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, including lease agreements, service agreements and joint venture agreements.

Her practice also includes licensing and regulatory advice for industrial and logistics projects, including zoning, environmental approvals and operational licensing, as well as advising foreign investors on the legal and regulatory framework for investments in Greece.

Katia also has experience in dispute resolution, representing clients in disputes relating to real estate, construction and commercial contracts.
