Emma Antoniadou is a partner at Lamnidis Law focusing on energy, infrastructure and commercial transactions, with particular experience in renewable energy projects, project development, tender procedures and project-related disputes.

She has advised on a number of significant renewable energy transactions, including multi-party transactions involving lenders and investors, acquisitions of energy project portfolios and the development of large-scale renewable energy projects in Greece. Her experience includes advising on the acquisition of energy communities, project development structures, joint development agreements and project-related commercial arrangements.

Emma has also advised on cooperation agreements with strategic investors for the joint development of energy projects, including geothermal projects, and has been involved in tender procedures, contract drafting and negotiations in the context of public procurement and concession projects.

In addition to transactional work, she has experience in dispute resolution, representing clients in commercial disputes arising from construction contracts, supply agreements and energy projects before Greek courts and international arbitration tribunals.

Her practice focuses on renewable energy projects, project development, commercial contracts, public tenders and project-related dispute resolution.
