Filippos Lamnidis is an associate at Lamnidis Law focusing on real estate transactions, property development projects, energy-related real estate matters and privatisations.

He advises investment companies, real estate developers and corporate clients on property acquisitions and disposals, real estate portfolio structuring and commercial property development projects in Greece and abroad. His work includes advising on strategic real estate investments, transaction structuring, legal due diligence and contract negotiations for high-value commercial properties and development projects.
