Indra Prasetiya (“Indra”) is a key member of A&CO Law Office and is actively involved in the firm’s corporate and commercial advisory practice, with particular experience advising clients on agency and distribution arrangements, as well as a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.

At A&CO, Indra regularly provides legal advisory services to the firm’s clients, including foreign and locally based companies, on matters relating to agency structures, contractual arrangements, compliance considerations, and commercial risk assessment. He is valued for his ability to deliver clear, structured, and practical advice that supports clients’ commercial objectives and day-to-day operations in Indonesia.

In addition to his corporate and commercial work, Indra has significant experience in family law matters, where he has handled cases involving annulment, divorce, child custody and parenting time arrangements, as well as division of marital property and inheritance law. He assists clients throughout the dispute and advisory process, including strategy development, drafting of legal submissions and agreements, and representation before the relevant Indonesian courts.
