Position

Lauren Tabaksblat, a founding partner of Brithem LLP and nationally recognized litigator, represents clients in high-stakes disputes from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. She advises public companies, private corporations, and high-net-worth individuals in courts and arbitrations nationwide, earning a reputation as a “real trial lawyer” and “brilliant strategist” who commands the courtroom. MindGeek—a landmark case against the largest online porn company, Visa, and several hedge funds, which was covered by major outlets such as The New York Times, CNN, and Bloomberg. She also represented Fairfax Financial Holdings in a decade-long dispute of Wall Street hedge funds that led to the largest insider trading conviction in history and inspired the Showtime drama “Billions.”
