Career
Nick leads the KPMG Law team, he joined KPMG in 2014 and has been the UK head since 2015 and sits on KPMG’s Global Legal Services leadership team.
Nick spent 15 years as a corporate lawyer in private practice law firms (Addleshaw Goddard and DLA Piper) before moving as a corporate partner from DLA Piper to join KPMG. Nick has extensive experience in general Corporate Law matters, Group Reorganisations, UK and cross-border M&A, Private Equity, Equity Incentives and Joint Ventures, working with large corporates, management teams, financial and private equity institutions and high net worth clients.
KPMG has a large team of corporate and commercial lawyers in the UK. These lawyers work on a broad range of projects as part of multi-disciplinary teams alongside tax and other advisory colleagues within KPMG.
