    Rich is a partner in KPMG Law’s London M&A team. He focusses on transactions in the technology, fintech, and life sciences sector. He has a particular focus on growth capital transactions and joint ventures.

    Before joining KPMG Law, Rich worked at Herbert Smith Freehills, and also spent time seconded to Goldman Sachs and to LendInvest.
