Meredith Hurst is a lawyer with 20 + years PQE experience in employment law. He advises businesses on complex workplace issues, including redundancy, business transfers, discrimination, whistleblowing, and employment status. He also provides employment tribunal and litigation support. He represents senior professionals in complex exits and contractual matters, including advice on bonus and equity disputes. He is recognised for his expertise in the financial services sector with an emphasis on whistleblowing, and has extensive experience of handling cross-border employment matters for UK-based and multinational organisations. Other sector expertise includes transport and logistics, hospitality, manufacturing and software technology. He also works with start-up companies providing contractual documentation to ensure compliance.

Meredith obtained a modern history degree from the University of Manchester before studying law at postgraduate level.
