Career
She is currently a Partner at Veria Asesores, where she leads the firm’s real estate and land law practice, with a focus on rural investments, territorial planning, public policy, sustainability, environmental matters, and land governance. In this role, she advises clients on legal strategies for projects with significant regulatory and territorial complexity, aligning legal execution with long-term investment and sustainability goals.
Alongside her practice, she maintains an active academic career at leading universities in Colombia. She is an Adjunct Lecturer at Universidad de los Andes (Property Law), teaches in the LL.M. program in Economic Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, and serves as a Research Professor with the Department of Environmental and Land Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia, bridging practice, research, and graduate-level teaching.
She also writes as a long-standing print columnist for Ámbito Jurídico (since 2018), where she publishes analysis on current legal and policy issues, with particular attention to land, sustainability, regulation, and public policy.
