Position

Philip has a broad base of experience in complex real estate and corporate transactions. In a career spanning four decades, he has represented clients in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing, finance, and sale of a variety of large real estate projects in Texas and throughout the country. Philip regularly advises clients with respect to the formation and operation of development joint ventures and investment partnerships, and general corporate matters. He has negotiated hundreds of commercial leases, and has represented borrowers and lenders on numerous loans and loan workouts. He enjoys representing purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate, sponsors of innovative development projects, and private equity investors.
