Counsellor Moussa SARR is a seasoned litigator and strategist, with over 26 years of continuous legal practice. He is a Founding Partner of SYSS Avocats and currently heads the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation Department, where he oversees high-impact cases for financial institutions, corporate entities, and public bodies. His reputation as a business litigation specialist is anchored in his robust understanding of both commercial law and the procedural intricacies of the OHADA legal space.

His practice covers the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious business law, with a specific emphasis on banking litigation, corporate disputes, real estate enforcement, and public economic law. He has successfully represented major clients such as Orabank, UBA, Philip Morris, and SENELEC, in multi-tiered litigation and arbitration matters involving complex financial structures and regulatory frameworks.

As Co-Managing Partner, Counsellor SARR combines courtroom advocacy with strategic advisory, particularly in cross-border matters and high-stakes enforcement actions.
