Ahmad has over a decade of experience advising clients on complex M&A transactions, privatization, and PPP deals at tier 1 international law firms. Prior to joining the NSAC partnership in January 2024. Ahmad’s areas of expertise include advising on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, spin-offs and joint ventures. Ahmad frequently advises Sponsors and Procurers on PPP deals and Privatization transactions, across the social infrastructure, healthcare, transport and energy sectors.
