NSAC was founded in 2016 by Ahmed Alnowaisser and Abdulrahman Alsuwaylimi and has since become the go-to firm for complex corporate matters and disputes for household names in KSA including large listed and private corporates, governmental and semi-governmental entities, and investment banks and private equity firms.

Our Corporate and M&A team is lead by partners Wassim Khoueiry and Ahmad Kamel who are market leading lawyers, with over a decade of experience each in tier 1 international law firms. Ahmad & Wassim have advised on some of the largest and most significant deals in KSA, including pathfinder projects and first of their kind transactions.  Our partners are supported by a team of bilingual, KSA and New York bar qualified associates with strong transactional experience. Ahmad also leads the Projects practice, while Wassim spear heads the capital markets practice.
