Erlan Kuspanov has more than 10 years of professional experience in tax consulting, including seven years with an international consulting firm. His practice focuses on subsoil user taxation, tax audits, and appeals of tax audit results.

He has participated in numerous tax reviews for major oil and gas, mining, and energy companies operating in Kazakhstan, including enterprises with foreign participation.

Erlan specialises in non‑resident taxation, application of tax preferences, and separate accounting for subsoil users. He has proven experience in litigation and administrative support for comprehensive and thematic tax audits, including cases on VAT refunds.
