Senior Manager of Legal Services Department, Fortune Partners LLP

Mrs Gulmira Taskarina has more than 35 years of professional experience, over 30 of them in the legal profession. She worked in the judicial system for nine years, serving as a judge of the Specialized Inter‑District Administrative Court of Kazakhstan created under the national judicial reform.

Her judicial work covered tax, environmental, antitrust, land, housing, labour and family disputes. She acted as a coordinating judge for conciliation procedures, developing a balanced and systemic approach to justice.

Since 2023, Gulmira has combined her judicial background with private‑sector practice as Senior Manager of Legal Services and Director of Fortune Partners Academy. She focuses on administrative and tax disputes, VAT refunds, subsoil use projects, and antitrust and environmental regulation.

She also designs and leads training programs for lawyers, banks, and government representatives on applying the Administrative Procedural Code, helping practitioners interpret and use procedural norms effectively.
