Ruslan Sadrtdinov is a lawyer with more than 11 years of experience providing comprehensive legal support to businesses. He specialises in litigation and dispute resolution in complex tax, environmental, and commercial matters.

Before joining Fortune Partners, he served as the lead lawyer for a major industrial holding, where he supervised its most challenging litigation cases. Ruslan also has significant experience in M&A support, legal due diligence, and subsoil use licensing, and has been involved in legislative reform, participating in parliamentary working groups on administrative justice and civil legislation.

He is also a part‑time lecturer at Maqsut Narikbayev University, teaching “Subsoil Use Law” and “Environmental Law”.
