Lalaj & Partners is a business law firm established in June 2024, advising clients across Albania and Kosovo on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. The firm is founded by Sabina Lalaj and Ened Topi, both highly experienced practitioners with over 20 (twenty) years of experience.

The firm provides legal services across corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, employment law, competition law, energy and renewables, data protection, public procurement and PPPs, intellectual property, as well as construction and real estate.
