Julie Brulé
Julie Brulé has extensive experience in all areas of insurance law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
She advises insurers, bankinsurers, mutual insurers, reinsurers and insurance intermediaries on the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to their activities, and provides them with her expertise in the distribution of insurance products.
For many years, Julie has represented her clients in life insurance and professional liability disputes involving insurance intermediaries and other financial intermediaries, and also assists them in inspections and disciplinary proceedings before the ACPR.
She regularly publishes articles on insurance law and is a member of various professional associations (AIDA and AJAR).
Julie holds a Master 2 in Advanced Corporate Law from Paris Dauphine University and a Master 2 in Insurance Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, she spent fourteen years as counsel in Gide Loyrette Nouel's Insurance team.
