Julie Brulé

Julie Brulé has extensive experience in all areas of insurance law, both in advisory and litigation matters. She advises insurers, bankinsurers, mutual insurers,  reinsurers and insurance intermediaries on the legislative and regulatory framework applicable to their activities, and provides them with her expertise in the distribution of insurance products. For many years, Julie has represented her clients in life insurance and professional liability disputes involving insurance intermediaries and other financial intermediaries, and also assists them in  inspections and disciplinary proceedings before the ACPR. She regularly publishes articles on insurance law and is a member of various professional associations (AIDA and AJAR). Julie holds a Master 2 in Advanced Corporate Law from Paris Dauphine University and a Master 2 in Insurance Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, she spent fourteen years as counsel in Gide Loyrette Nouel's Insurance team.

Sophie Creusvaux

Sophie Creusvaux has developed recognized expertise in all areas of insurance law (life and health, property and casualty, regulatory, distribution) and in liability law. She assists insurers, reinsurers, and distributors with both advisory and litigation matters involving key market issues. Sophie has solid experience in managing strategic legal disputes, particularly in life insurance, and is involved in legal actions brought by consumer associations against professionals in the insurance industry (class actions, actions for the cessation of unlawful conduct, etc.). She also assists insurance companies and intermediaries with ACPR inspections. Sophie regularly publishes articles on insurance law and is a member of several industry associations (AJAR, AIDA and UJARF of which she is a board member). Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, she worked for fourteen years as counsel in Gide Loyrette Nouel's insurance team. Sophie is a graduate of the Magistère de Droit des Activités Economiques and holds a Master 1 in Business Law and a Master 2 in Insurance Law from the Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
