Layth Gafoor

Layth Gafoor founded Lucentem Sports & Entertainment Law PC in 2007 and serves as its Managing Partner. He sets the firm's strategic direction and heads its sports law practice. He personally leads its most significant matters, including NIL and endorsement deals, contract negotiations for athletes in the NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB, and high-profile crisis and tribunal matters before FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Layth developed Lucentem's NIL and Pro-2-CEO programs, which prepare athletes for careers in business and leadership beyond sport. He also manages the firm's cross-border relationships with U.S. and international law firms.

Mahvish Mian

Mahvish Mian is Of Counsel at Lucentem Sports & Entertainment Law PC, where she leads the firm's relationships and family law practice. She advises clients on family law, wills and trusts, and estate planning. Many of them are athletes and entertainers whose personal matters affect their professional lives. She is known for an empathetic, communicative approach: she gives clients realistic advice and cost-benefit analysis, and keeps them fully informed so they can make confident decisions.
