Founding Partner

Ardan Kaymaz is a founding partner of Baş | Kaymaz Law Firm.

Before establishing the Firm, he gained significant experience as an associate and senior associate at leading Turkish law firms, primarily in commercial law.

With over ten years of experience, Ardan provides legal services in commercial law, competition law, labor law, health law, and mediation, acting both as legal counsel and mediator. He regularly advises and represents numerous domestic and international holdings and companies, and manages litigation processes on their behalf.

In addition, Ardan represents national and multinational undertakings in merger control, restrictive practices, abuse of dominant position, competition law-based damages claims, competition compliance programs, and the assessment of daily commercial activities from a competition law perspective.
